The Flow Verve Snowboard
Hard to pronounce, easy to ride. The Verve is a true twin freestyle board for any park-specific shred. Flow's new EZ-Rock makes steezed out presses easy while the EZTransitional sidecut helps stabilize your landings in the park. A TruTwin shape makes the Verve a hit in the park and a Tru-Flex core makes jumping just as easy as jibbing. An affordable ride with outstanding results that won't disappoint you.
The 2011-2012 Flow Verve features.....
- SHAPE- The Tru Twin shape has equal amounts of nose and tail bend that allows the rider to ride their natural direction or switch equally.
- ROCKER/CAMBER- The EZ Rock rocker has the perfect reverse camber which makes it good for thr park or pipe even for the entry level rider.
- SIDECUT- The EZ Transitional sidecut gives you a mellow radius for a more forgiving ride and a tight radius for quick carving turns.
- CONSTRUCTION- The TruFlex core uses different density popular wood core for excellent response. The Biax Fibers run at a 0 degree axis to add pop and make it a easy carve all mountain board.
- BOTTOM- The Optix 2000 extruded base is easy to wax and maintain.
- ABOUT SIZING... Many shops will say your board should be between your nose and chin. If they say that, run out of there. Flow has a sizing chart on the back of each board. They recommend a certain weight range for each length. So who are you going to believe? Some sales person or the manufacture? When between sizes, the rule to follow is the more aggressive you are, the longer you go.
149 cm- 115 - 165 lbs.
152 cm- 125 - 195 lbs.
155 cm- 135 - 195 lbs.
158 cm- 150+ lbs
- 155 cm wide- 140 - 195+ lbs.
Our comments- If you're looking for your first park board and don't have lots of cash to blow, consider the Flow Verve. It's designed like a higher priced expert board without the high price.
