The Gabel X-ALP trekking ski pole
This unique pole can be used for trekking or for alpine skiing. It includes 2 baskets. One for trekking and one for alpine skiing. The adjustable length is easy to adjust by simply twisting the adjustment knobs on the shaft.
- Adjustable length: The X-ALP pole is adjustable in length from 66 - 142 cm or 26 - 57 inches. Great for walking or trekking up and down hills. The adjustable length also makes it easy for transporting.
- Shaft: Made of lightweight ALU F56 at a 16/14/12 mm diameter.
- Grip and strap: The ergo dual gum hand grip is comfortable and easy to use. The adjustable comfort TCS strap makes it easy to adjust for snugness and is easy adjust.
- Two baskets: A trekking lite AND alpine skiing basket is included.
- Tip: A multi use carbide tip works well on ground and ice.
Our comments; If you trek and ski, why have two different poles when you can have one? The adjustable length makes it easy to transport and adjust for hills. We found it's also a great pole for growing skiers.
