What's so special about the Leki Trigger system? The left and right grip straps wrap around your gloves giving you a very secure grip. The straps also detach from the pole if the basket was to get caught in a tree or hole. This avoids shoulder and arm injuries. You can also detach the grips from the pole at any time with the press of a button.
