The Venture Cordless Knee Wrap is ergonomically designed with our 3D Ergonomic Tailoring which is contoured to the curvature of the joint. It is built with neoprene and fleece for mild compression and ultimate fit. APPLICATIONS: Tendonitis, Ligament Injuries, Sprains, ACL Injuries, and more.
The battery is a rechargable Lithium-ion with a battery life of 1.5 to 6 Hours depending on your heat setting. You have 4 heat settings, Max, Hi, Med and Low. The lower the heat setting, the longer the battery life. The home charger is a 100V to 240V.

Q: Is the battery fully charged when I get it?
A: The battery will come with some charge, but not fully charged.
Q: Do I need to charge it before I use it?
A: Yes. To insure you get the most out of what your device has to offer fully charging the battery before each use is highly recommended.
Q: What is the proper method of storage?
A: Fully charge the battery at least once every six months. Store your heated garment in dry place.
Q: How long does the battery last during use?
A: The battery may last up to six hours. However it primarily depends on your usage. Using the battery on the “Max” setting will reduce the amount of time the battery last.
Q: Can I machine wash the knee wrap?
A: No. When cleaning is necessary we recommend spot cleaning it. If you must wash it a gentle hand wash and hang dry is fine. Never put your garment or heat wrap in the washer or dryer.
