Alpine Accessories has safe, secure shopping with our encrypted ordering page. This means your personal and credit card information is secure when you place your order. Your personal information is kept confidential and never resold to anyone.

Shipping information
If your order is received by 9 am CST, it will ship the same business day from our store in Illinois. Orders received after 9 am CST will ship on the next business day. Shipping costs start at $3.97
and additional charges apply for 2nd Day, Next Day and international shipping.
3-5 day ground shipping within the USA is FREE for orders over $100.00.
We usually ship small items via US Mail and larger items via UPS. 2 business day a 1 business day shipping options are shipped with UPS. We can ship Fed Ex if you have a preference. Keep in mind that FedEx and UPS can not ship to PO Boxes. We will notify you by e-mail when your order is scheduled to leave our warehouse.
Regular shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed times. Only 2nd and 1 business day shipping times are guaranteed except in December. Sometimes a package may be delayed with a shipper and shipping times can take longer than your selection. Shipping delays may be caused by weather, customs, misrouted packages, etc. and delays may
take up to 4 weeks but this is on very rare occasions.
Payment
For on-line purchases we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. For phone orders we accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard & American Express. Mail in orders we accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, personal checks, money orders & cashiers checks.
Ordering on-line
To order an item, simply click on any "Add to Cart" button found with any item. When finished ordering, click on any "checkout" button to start finalizing your order.
Ordering by phone
Remember, we have a secure encrypted web site for privacy and it's the fastest way to place an order. But if you need to order by phone, make sure to have the following information ready when you call;

The product's description, item number and quantity.
- Make sure to have your billing and shipping information ready along with your Discover, Visa, Master Card or American Express number.
- If you are calling from within the USA, call 800-476-6754

For ordering by mail
Write down the following;

1) Your information containing your name, address, town, state, zip code, day time phone and evening phone numbers.
- 2) The item name and quantity.

- 4) Make sure to include shipping and handling charges in your amount. Add 7.5% sales tax to your item sub total if you are shipping to Illinois.
- 5) Include your Discover, Visa, MasterCard, American Express number and expiration date for payment. Money orders and personal checks are to be made out to Alpine Accessories. Please allow time for your personal check to clear. (NO COD's). Make sure to include a shipping address if different from the billing address.
