Refund and exchange policy!
We accept "unused items with it's original packaging and all manufacture tags" within 30 days of purchase for refund or
an exchange in size, color or another item.
How to make a return!
#1) No need to call for a return authorization. Simply ship your return to us using the carrier of your choice.
#2) If possible, include a copy of your sales receipt and write on the sales receipt the reason for the return and what you'd like us to do upon us receiving it. If you can not find your sales receipt, simply write the info down on a piece of paper.

Shortages, errors and damages
You have 14 days from date of purchase to report a shortage or error in your order. You may contact our customer service department either by phone or by email. If your order was damaged due to shipping, contact the shipper
immediately. Make sure you keep the original shipping carton & receipt, your
shipper may want to see them. If you can not get satisfaction with the shipper,
please call our customer service department.
