Many people still own cross country skis that use the 3 pin or 75 mm binding system. But because the boot flexes, over time it tends to be the first part of the system to break. The Alpina Blazer 75 mm cross country ski boot fits cross country 75 mm, or 3-pin as some call it, bindings. It is a touring boot with a synthetic upper which provides support without feeling too stiff. It also helps retains heat with a Thinsulate liner and keeps weight to a minimum. The cuff sits just above your ankle to prevent rolls and give you added stability. The HF heel counter feels stable on backcountry or track skis.
Features of the Alpina 75 mm Blazer cross country boot ......
Our comments; Alpina has had the Blazer 75 mm cross country boots in their line up for more than 25 years. To this day, it's still a popular option for many skiers. And the Blazer will probably improve your old setup with some added features your old boots didn't have.
I didnt want to change my xc skis and bindings but needed to replace my 25+ year old boots. I think they dry rotted. When I received the Alpina Blazer, I could see a few improved design features and the quality was much better than my old boots. The fit was much better also. Ill be happy if these last 20 years but I think these boots will out last my current skis and bindings. Well see.

Hard to find
I searched all over for a good 75mm cross country boot to replace my 20 year old pair that fell apart. The Blazer has a good fit and was priced well. Hope to have them another 20 years.
