The skis construction uses a Aspen Veneer wood core which keep the weight of the skis down and easy to ski.
K2's Catch Free Rocker has the perfect blend that allows you to learn to make good turns. The ski incorporates tip and tail rocker which allows the skis to feel slightly shorter and go into a turn easier.
The skis specifications are 126 x 76 x 110 sidecut with a 15.6 m turning radius in a 170 cm. ski
The Hybritech sidewalls is a blend of cap technology in the tip and tails with solid sidewall in between to offer easy turning and solid edge hold.
The Grip Walk compatible Marker M3 10 bindings have a 3 - 10 DIN rating and an easy step in heel. The binding offers a reduced weight. Alpine Accessories recommends to have your bindings installed, adjusted and tested by a certified authorized retailer.

Our comments; K2 is an American company that understands how we ski in the states. This helps them design great skis.
Keep in mind, K2 does not allow their retailers to ship their products outside the USA.
I havent skied them yet but wanted to comment on the service. I did some research on-line but Rick from Alpine Accessories took the time to explain in detail why these would be the correct skis for me. The info I received on-line did not compare to what he said. I was so impressed, I purchased new boots.
