Every item we sell is covered by our refund and exchange policy!
We will accept any "new and unused item as long as it has it's original packaging and all manufacture tags" within 30 days of purchase for a complete refund or an exchange for another size, color or different item.
We can not accept used items. But not to worry. If you are beyond our 30 day return policy, chances are your item has a warranty. In that case we are happy to help with any manufacture warranty to get your item repaired or replaced.
How to make your return!
Call 847-854-4754 for a return authorization. Ship your return to us using the carrier of your choice. We recommend items over $100 be shipped with UPS or FedEx. Shipping costs are your responsibility. Make sure to package your return properly. You are resposible for any damage done in shipping to us.
Shortages, errors and damages
You have 14 days from date of purchase to report a shortage or error in your order. You may contact our customer service department either by phone or by email. If your order was damaged due to shipping, contact the shipper immediately. Make sure you keep the original shipping carton & receipt, your shipper may want to see them. If you can not get satisfaction with the shipper, please call our customer service department.
